This trophy requires you to spend 2 hours in training mode. As with most games made by Arc Systems Works, you actually have to do something in training rather than just leaving the controller idle. That said, you'll have to either utilize a controller with a turbo feature or actually press buttons on the controller yourself.
In case you're having trouble navigating the menu, practice mode has the image of Rikuo beside it with 3 arrows going upwards.
