The Odysseed Trophy is earned for completing all of the quests in the game. It will award upon turning in the final quest of the game (to open the teleporter to the Snow area). To earn this trophy will require significant skill at most of the game, however it should be possible to do without actually completing a run as no quest requires you to plant yourself at the top of the peak.

In the Base Camp you can receive quests by talking to the quest giver inside a house with the quest symbol (see trophy picture). Only one quest can be active at a time and I believe they are in a fixed order. The quest will persist across all instances of the game (including Daily Challenge) until you complete it. After having completed the quest, you then need to turn it in by talking to the quest giver at the start of a new run of the game. Annoyingly, you cannot get the next quest at this time, the new quest will be available from the quest-giver at the start of your *next* run. At any time (during a run) you can see your current quest as a checkbox at the top left of the screen when you push 'X' to select your seed power. There is no way to skip, permanently fail, or cancel a quest.

The quests themselves start out very basic and gradually grow more difficult. Along the way you can loosely keep track of your progress by keeping track of the teleporter quests, the first teleporter quest (to Limestone Camp / Jungle) is ~1/3rd of the way through, the second (to Lake Camp / Desert) is 2/3rd of the way through, and the third (to Pyramid / Snow) is the final quest. While I do not have a complete list of all quests, here are some of the ones I found more challenging and advice on how to do them:

Teleporter quests: These involve picking up a teleporter crystal in the base camp and transporting it to the appropriate camp up the mountain. The crystal takes the form of an aura, and follows all the same rules as one. You will drop it if you take any damage but be aware that you can pick it back up by going to the spot you died at. To do this is not much different than just making it to the camp normally, however it does mean you cannot use any other auras.

Clean out a store. This quest requires you to buy all three items from a store at once. This can be difficult as the price of items goes up by 50% at each camp. The best way to do this is to use exclusively the crystal seed power in the forest level as well as collect all the loose crystals. By the limestone camp you can usually have 25-30 crystals this way, then you just have to hope that it is not three things priced 12.

Heal poison with antidote. This is not challenging per se, but it is rare to see the antidote power and also something that can poison you in the same run. The best ways to get poisoned are via the toxichoke power or the aura that turns shots poisonous. Make sure you have enough money to buy antidote power if you see it in store.

Pass through the jungle with no planting. This quest is excellent practice on how to bypass the jungle enemies such as the big spider or green serpent without fighting them. You want to lead them down the hill then slip past them and rise back up (along a previously scouted path) as fast as possible until they are so far off the bottom of the screen that they no longer hunt you.

Sharpshooter Challenge. This is a room that sometimes shows up in camps, you have to hit the seven targets using two cannons very quickly. Note that you can 'cheat' by destroying the targets before you start the timer if you are poisoned, or by using one of the direct damage auras (bouncefriend, ghostfriend, mineflower). You only can pre-destroy up to 6 of the 7 targets, if you take out all 7 then the button to start the challenge goes away.

Race (?) Challenge. This is the other bonus room that shows up in camp. before pushing the button, tilt your line all the way and push yourself into the corner, this will show you nearly all of the map and you can plan your route. It is very difficult to hit all the switches if you also are worrying about picking up crystals so ignore them for sake of the quest (magnet aura is really the only way for me to have any chance to make money at this).

Reach the top of the Mysterious Cave. This is the diamond shape hole you will periodically see out in the field (much more likely to see in Desert or Snow Biomes) with a bunch of bounce berries on crystal pillars inside. It is very challenging to do and you lose a heart if you fail. As with the Race challenge, you want to plan at least the first part of your route, but best case you can only really see half of the course initially. Successful completion requires very precise fast horizontal control of your seed and quick thinking. Once you reach the top of the cave, you will see two free seed powers. The quest will only count as complete once you leave the cave. This is the second to last quest in the game, once you finish it, the only remaining quest is the third teleporter one.
