Defeat the twins.

This trophy can only be obtained on New Game+, but can also be done on any difficulty. This means you can set the difficulty to Safety, defeat the twins to earn the trophy, then reload a save. You don't have to do a full playthrough to do this one though, as it becomes available as soon as you unlock the ability to enter Mementos. Simply talk to Caroline who should be outside of the Velvet Room at the entrance of Mementos.

Even though you do not need to do a full playthrough for this, it is recommended that you are sufficiently leveled before tackling this. Depending on your Persona, you may also need your allies to have their Personas evolved. The last possible day to do this fight is 12/22.

Caroline 8000 HP No weaknesses or resistances Tends to use Phys, Fire, Elec, Psy, and Bless attacks
Justine 8000 HP No weaknesses or resistances Tends to use Gun, Ice, Wind, Nuke, and Curse attacks

Any Time Dekunda Dekaja *These are typically used when a Twin triggers One More!
Phase 1 Vajra Blast Triple Down
Phase 2 Maragidyne Mabufudyne Maziodyne Magarudyne
Phase 3 Mapsiodyne Mafreidyne Makougaon Maeigaon
Phase 4 Phase 1-3 in order
Phase 5 Vorpal Blade Riot Gun Blazing Hell Ice Age Wild Thunder
Vacuum Wave Psycho Blast Cosmic Flare Divine Judgment Demonic Decree
Phase 6 Phase 5 with random skill order
*Note that they can use the Single target version of these spells (usually when trying to exploit a Weakness), though this is not as common as the All variant.
Each phase is clearly divided by when the Twins interrupt combat to talk to you. They will usually use skills in the order shown above, but forcing them to use support-type skills will throw them off the order.
When a Twin gets a One More, if you have any buffs/they have any debuffs, they can use Dekaja and Dekunda accordingly.

Each Twin will Diarahan the other once during the fight, and this happens when a Twin falls below half HP. If you kill one Twin, the other will use Recarm to revive the dead one. This is indefinite, so in order to win this fight, you must defeat them both within the same turn.

If you do not deal enough damage after every 6 turns (this number can fluctuate the longer the battle goes), or if the Twins manage to knock down all of your characters, they will perform an All-out Attack and instantly defeat you.

While not at all a requirement, the recommended Persona and skills to use for this fight is:

Tower Yoshitsune
Hassou Tobi Charge Ali Dance Drain Ice
Drain Wind Drain Psy Drain Nuke Repel Curse

While the suggested Persona essentially lets you solo the fight, you can very much defeat them with your party members and a Persona that doesn't nullify everything (though it is significantly more difficult if you can't).
