This is likely the most challenging trophy in this game, to beat a Mahjong table in less than 1 minute. Many of the Mahjong games simply have too many pieces to be able to feasibly finish in < 1 minute. Also, I tried to duplicate the "quick switch" glitch seen on the Xbox about a dozen times and couldn't replicate it on the PS4.
I recommend attempting this trophy on the Hidden object puzzle located at the junk pile next to the base of the statue in town , where you obtain the Sledgehammer as the reward. This is about 1/2 way through the game. This Mahjong table seems to have significantly less pieces and fewer different tiles. To be safe, you can make a cloud save prior to attempting so you can retry multiple times. I was able to finish this one in under 1 minute on my first try. Good luck.
