Complete a Retro Mode game with the 8-bit filter turned ON. (This trophy is not awarded if completed by using fast forward or setting innings to less than 9.)

How to unlock the Back in time trophy

    Start a game in Retro mode, pause the game, go to "Options", turn on the 8-bit filter. Finish the game.

    You can get this trophy along with "Still got it" in one game if you have not already earned it. Follow the above instructions and when selecting teams, choose to play against a Double-A team, select your team to be an All-Star team, set hitting and pitching difficulty to beginner. Win the game!
