You can do this with two friends helping and the leave group matchmaking method. Escort/Assault/Hybrid maps usually work best as you have more time.

1) Group up and start matchmaking in quick play
2) When it says "Game found!" everyone leave the group
3) When the game starts, the three of you will be randomly assigned to teams. You want to be on a team with one friend, with the other friend on the other team. Leave the game if this doesn't happen (or help your friends get their achievement)
4) Choose Orisa. Have the friend on your team choose D.va. Friend on other team chooses Winston.
5) Work on getting your Ultimates. It's best for all three characters to have their Ultimates charged (even Orisa - will explain later). You can meet up near a big health pack and damage each other to charge it faster if you want
6) When you all have Ultimates, meet somewhere secluded (eg. master bedroom on Volskaya Industries)
7) Follow this order: Orisa Ultimate, Winston Ultimate, D.va Ultimate, wait two seconds (to give D.va's mech some time to charge its detonation), then use Halt. Try and have your Halt detonation and Winston as close to D.va's mech as possible.

The reason you use the Orisa Ultimate is because D.va's Ultimate does not always kill Winston when he is using his Ultimate (which gives him 1000 HP). The first time I tried this without Orisa's Ultimate, Winston still had 5 HP left after D.va's mech blew up. If this happens to you, you could try having D.va or Orisa finish Winston off with regular attacks, but you need to be quick as the time window for damage after using Halt is very small.
