Twilight Missions are Daily missions that change each day. You may be required to beat the story mission first, as the Twilight Missions will be locked. Twilight Missions recommend a very high level character, but you get many great rewards (and trophies!) for completing them.
Complete one of these missions, and upon completion you will unlock the trophy.
