I can't provide single player tips, but the game got an update recently that allows online multiplayer coop. This means you can get a friend who is also experienced with the game and beat the tower with relative ease. Even if you or your friend dies, as long as they get to floor 100 you'll get the trophy. Below is a video of me and a friend beating the entire tower, also I'm not the best at this game but we still did it after a couple of attempts.
Also make sure you beat floor 40 first to unlock the best character in the game: Mysterious Warriors. He will make this way easier.
