Not so much of a guide but something I found out during my run but couldn't find an answer while searching guides. Restarts (aka continue after deaths) dont affect this trophy, just using healing items. I got the trophy with 4 restarts and one healing item used. So as long as you don't use more than 3 herbs/medkit/stabilisers then you should get this trophy even if you restart after deaths.
