Straight forward trophy: beat the Tanker and the Plant. Difficulty doesn't matter.
However, in order to obtain this trophy you need to start a new game as the first option: Tanker-Plant. If you played the tanker alone, then went into the plant mission, the trophy won't pop. You need to do both in one run.
