How to unlock the Intensive Care trophy

I found this on PSNProfiles, it comes from BlindMango. I think it's the best guide for this trophy.

At certain points in the game suits of armor (enemy soldiers) will throw spears at Trico, and sometimes they'll strike Trico and lodge into his body. This trophy requires you to remove all spears from Trico over the course of the entire game. This trophy may seem like you'll have to be extremely urgent with removing spears from Trico while in combat, however the trophy is only negated if you move on to the next main area without checking Trico and removing any spears.

The general strategy for this trophy while playing the game is to focus on being on Trico's back and remove any spears as they hit him. After a combat encounter and before moving on to a new area, check Trico thoroughly for spears, this includes the underside of his body and sometimes under his wings - scale his body and a pop-up prompt telling you what button to press to remove a spear will show up. It doesn't matter if the spears are broken in half, but they need to be removed before moving on to the next area.

Opportunities where Trico can get struck by spears (In order):
The story-required spears at the very beginning have to be removed to progress, worrying about speed here isn't necessary.
Sometime after the first antenna room you'll get to a point where you see another beast by looking straight up, then enemies with spears are two rooms after that (In the room featured in the video guide for Bronze That Hits the Spot).
When Trico gets his tail stuck in the large metal door that falls on him and enemies approach him.
In the room with the "chain swing" that you have to pull horizontally in the air to get to a platform to shatter a glass eye.
Suits of armor will throw spears from the balcony at Trico who is waiting outside on the pillar as you work to pull the bridge down. Take them out of him when you both reach the bridge on the other side and everything's calm again.
In the "indoor coliseum" with the cart that Trico flings you in the air with.
When getting in contact with enemies right after Trico gets stuck in the caved-in mine shaft tunnels.
The first enemies you encounter in a room several minutes after Trico flies for the first time to escape the collapsing bridge.
Right after the encounter above, when Trico and the other beast are fighting and falling down from bridge to bridge, enemies will throw spears from platforms. Note that a few spears will get thrown at him here and he'll fall to the ground before you can pull all the spears out here. Any spears he falls on that aren't accessible to you while he's lying on the ground is considered automatically "removed" by the game. Thoroughly check Trico and pull out any spears you see once you're both on the bottom floor.
When jumping back up those same bridges to get back up to the top, the enemies will still be on each balcony (shoot the platforms they stand on from below with your mirror and Trico's tail to avoid their spears altogether).
After the third antenna room you'll navigate up two towers with four rows of bridges connecting them. On the third bridge up, there are enemies with spears on the balconies. Shoot them from below (from the second bridge) to not have to deal with them at all.
Right after dealing with the two enemies on the balconies detailed above, you'll go through the doorway of the tower directly below those balconies and look straight up to see another balcony you can destroy with a suit of armor standing on it.
When Trico flies to the white tower at the end of the game and fights the large number of enemies at the entrance.
In the circular room where enemies enter from doors from all sides within the white tower and throw spears from the floor above.

The trophy will unlock after the credits roll, the final cutscene plays, and "The End" shows on screen.
