This is a meta-trophy requiring some others as well as additional effort.
Along with the four Gene Blend trophies, you should also complete the "Common" listed Gene Blends. These show up about partially through the story missions in each area and the last will be the "Blisk" files from Tunguska (requiring some from Solaris.
*Do note that some of these will not appear until you've made it partially through the highest area it requires (an exception would be Kremlin Hoodwink, which appears as soon as you complete all Gene Blends in Bay City.
You can partially turn in some of the material for the Gene Blends if you have them and don't want them to be spent on anything else, but with the abundance of foolish humans just littering the earth, you shouldn't come up with scarce resources for specific ones.
