The easiest way to do this is 1st find the nearest zipline to you. Then climb up to the top of the zipline. Obviously you want to climb up the end that's higher up. Make sure you have at least one parachute in stock of course. If not, purchase one from a tailor. Once on top of the zipline, jump off in the direction the line travels and immediately hit the
to deploy the parachute. Then quickly hit
to release the parachute and then hit
again to have the hook blade grab the zipline. To get the hookblade, you 1st just complete mission 3 of sequence 2.
