Since I had to use a lot of legacy resources due to the lack of a guide, I saw a lot of misinformation about what was required for the platinum, so here's what I can confirm IS required, and a few tips.

    • Main Sequences at 100% Sync.
    • All Thief Missions 100% Sync.
    • All Courtesan Assignments 100% Sync.
    • All Assassination Contracts (as Ezio, not the ones your recruits do) at 100% Sync.
    • All Templar Agents at 100% Sync.
    • All Romulus Lairs at 100% Sync and acquiring the Armor of Brutus after. (Some lairs require aqueducts to be repaired to access them.)
    • All Borgia Flags in Rome & in the Secret Locations. (https://www.ign.com/wikis/assassins-creed-brotherhood/Borgia...)
    • All 5 Drunken Harlequins. ( https://www.trueachievements.com/a226139/acb--clowning-aroun... )
    • All Da Vinci Disappearance Missions at 100% Sync.
    • All Da Vinci Inventions at 100% Sync (for the tank mission, I found a useful video that details how to complete the mission with no damage
      )
    • All Renovations of Rome (aqueducts & shops)
    • At least 5 recruits trained to Master Assassin.
    • All 10 Feathers. (https://www.ign.com/wikis/assassins-creed-brotherhood/Feathe...)
    • All 12 Borgia Towers.
    • Leave the animus after Sequence 4 to pick up the artifact on the roof of the villa in the cannonfire crevice, and check your email to secure the two missable trophies. Everything is replayable except this step, so don't forget!
    • All 10 Subject 16 Rifts and puzzles. You do not need to complete the mission that you're awarded after solving the Truth puzzle, but I recommend it if you care about the lore. https://www.ign.com/wikis/assassins-creed-brotherhood/Cluste...
    • Any 3 Gold Medals in the Animus Training mode (I chose the killstreaks and held Square/X on Xbox to use my gun between kill chains for double the killcount).

I'm not sure if these count, but I did them anyway:

The 2 Templar Lairs at 100% Sync.

You do NOT need the following:

Shop quests, Guild Challenges, Treasure Chests, any Animus Training missions after you get yoru 3 Gold Medals, Copernico missions, Christina Memories, all paintings and all weapons. Most likely you don't need all armour either, though I did acquire it all. I do recommend you do some of the shop quests and guild challenges, though, as they can provide pretty nice rewards.

Aside from the above mentioned tank mission tip, most missions are fairly straight forward and have simple enough objectives. For ones which task you with not having bodies be discovered or to not use x weapon to kill enemies, I found it easiest to just ignore fighting any enemies whatsoever so there wasn't any kills to matter.

For the mission where you defend against the French with Bartolomeo and can't take damage, use smoke bombs while you run to open the gates, and you should be able to do so before you take a hit.

For the Young at Heart thief mission, if you find yourself failing before the time limit, at the last checkpoint use your parachute from the Da Vinci machines missions to clear the gap between the rooftop. This saved me a lot of previous frustration and secured me the win.

Grind out as many Borgia towers and assassin recruits as you can early on. Unlocking the arrow storm is super op and can trivialise most missions. By Sequence 7, Ezio won't be blocked off by memory walls allowing you to go for the Borgia Towers, which you need to do all 12 of anyway.

When you renovate faction buildings, always choose the Courtesans, as most of the missions will take place all across the map and they will make any tailing or stealth objective trivial if you have some nearby. Completing some of their guild challenges will even reduce the cost of hiring them.

If at any point you fear you're about to fail a sync requirement, hit pause and go to your inventory and put on any outfit, this will take you back to your last checkpoint. Be warned that if you already received the notice of failing the sync requirement, you will need to restart the mission.

If you have PS+ and you reach a point you're particularly unsure of, quit out and back up your save to PSN, then play on and see if you fail or not. If you do, just redownload your save and continue.

I recommend you buy the Bone Dagger of Romulus from the blacksmith early on if playing the Ezio Collection version, as this will have the highest damage/deflect/speed for the early game. Additionally, in your hideout you can equip the Sword of Altair which has the highest damage, period.

Finkle_Staubber5 master assassins isn't necessary. I'm guessing you have it on there for the "Airstrike" trophy but, I just got the platinum with 1 level 10, 2 level 9, 2 level 8, and 1 level 7.
