Only possible in Episode 2 of the Main Log when you face of against Don Krieg at the end of the stage.
When Don Krieg has around one health bar left he will jump onto a part of a ship and shoot a poison bullet to you. When it happens press L2 then L2 and R2 . Also don't worry if you failed the first time, if you aren't overpowered and don't drain him of his life to quickly you will have more than one chance at it.
