During the first episode you will need to fight Captain Buggy. Once you drop his health to one bar you see just his feet running around. You will need to get close to his feet and press cn_R2 to activate the attack event.

Once you press cn_R2, you will enter a quick time event sequence in which you need to press the correct button combinations to successfully attack Buggy.

Button Sequence: cn_up + cn_R2 >> cn_R2 >> cn_S

After successfully completing the event, the trophy will unlock.
