  This can be done in the first mission of the game, "Rising Threat", and is recorded on Recruit difficulty. Early on you will come across a box of anti-grav grenades. Use one on yourself and simply kill an enemy, while you are inside the anti-gravity field.

  In the very first mission, right before you go loud, you can pick up, Anti-Gravity grenades. Just throw them at you feet and kill an enemy whle you're floating.
  
  This is not the only spot to do this, these grenades are everywhere in the campaign, and you can just select them for you default loadout. This is just the earliest.
