To get this trophy you must craft an item at a forge, an alchemy table, and an enchanting table.

The first forge you are likely to find is in Riverwood. Speak with the blacksmith, Alvor, who will give you a short smithing tutorial while also providing you with supplies.

Next, head over to the Sleeping Giant Inn where you will find an alchemy table. If you have been collecting ingredients since the start of the game you likely will be able to create a potion with what you have. If you have not already done so, you can eat an ingredient to learn it's first effect, which will make it easier to craft potions.

After completing the first two steps in Riverwood, the main story questline will take you to Whiterun to speak to the Jarl in Dragonsreach. There you will find an enchanting table in Farengar work area. In order to enchant an item you must first disenchant a magical item, which can be found from looting, to learn it's effect. To complete the enchantment you will need a filled soul gem (you can purchase one from Farengar if you do not already have one) and a weapon or piece of apparel to enchant.

Once you have done all three the trophy will pop.
