    As soon as you control the AC-130 hit x. Then wait for like 2 min and three tanks will be lined up and boom achievement. Also if you miss it in the beginning of the mission you can still get it towards the end when you are helping the convoy. There are at least 2 groups of three tanks along the way. Just hit them and the trophy is yours.
