Possess a rat, and go through one of the little grates you sometimes see along the bottom of a wall. The grate will have a little hole in it for a rat to squeeze through.
While you're at it, stay in the rat tunnel for 3 minutes, then come out. This will also earn you the Inhabitant trophy.
