  Aim for the heads on the enemies as you play the game, this will unlock through relatively normal progression. It is possible to beat the game with out unlocking this trophy, but it is unlikely.
  
  If you REALLY want to get this fast, you can kill a few guys with headshots and then restart checkpoint. Note: there's also these trophies
