Unmissable storyline achievement. You'll get this in Ryan amusements, after killing your first Big Daddy. Follow the arrows.
For killing the big Daddy, don't bother with traps. Get close to him, and switch between shocking him and drilling. Try to keep him shocked all the time. This can take three hypnos or more.
If you want to get this on your hard and no vita-chambers run, make sure you've upgraded the drill damage at the power to the people station nearby and have a full set of health kits and hypnos.
