The first thing I'll say about this trophy is that it wasn't as hard as I expected, as of writing this guide it has a 5.46 TT ration which is pretty damn high. The difficulty is form based though so if you play this when tired and can't make any progress I would come back to it another time with fresh (not sweaty) hands and fresh eyes.

So I'll include my scores and what the probable required score is to achieve and A in each drill.

General Practice: 2260 (2250)
Service Practice: 1170 (1000)
Volley Practice: 2600 (2500)
Smash Practice: 2510 (2500)

General // Kaito // I found that the most difficult shots were the net shots and Kaito is a tall net player so he cleared the net more often than others, his footwork is pretty reasonable too. Watching the machine is important in all drills, you can get an extra half-second to position your character.

Service // Carol // I tried so many times with Miranda as I used her for much of challenge mode and thought I'd be more used to her serve but no, Miranda's sweet spot is much smaller than Carol's despite having a higher serve stat. I actually think that the game mechanics make it harder to hit sweet spots with strong servers as these serves make it easier to score points in real games as they are much faster but it matters not in this challenge.

Volley // Kaito // Just use the same tips as the general drill, the only extra tip is to go as far back on the court as possible to maximize your time to respond.

Smash // Miranda // I found that getting into a suitable position was the hardest thing about this drill and as Miranda is fast I used her. The yellow marker is where you should place your character to make a smash, it's better to be slightly in front of it than behind it as being behind it will often result in a normal hit and not a smash, with that being said I would position Miranda slightly forward in the court between hits.

Note: I've seen other score requirements on other websites but the version of the game I popped the trophy on is 1.00 so no update has been made and I expect 1 never will be so I can confirm the scores I included are correct.

This is very much skill based and your shot timing will matter so although I've put this guide up it's still no walk in the park, it will likely take multiple tries to perfect your technique for each challenge.
