This is an optional ending for the mission provided by the bartender at the Hive, Bobby Bao. He wants you to locate, and muscle cash out of, a woman he claims "owes money".
This will require hacking three antennas, then finding Jaya in the top floor of Hengsha Gardens (where you tracked down "Windmill"). Talk to her, and she will tell you about the scam Tong's people are running on her.
You could knock her out, and take her cash OR you could go back to the Hive and pay her debt (5,000 credits). If you have the cash, then go talk to Bobby, give him the 5k and he will, in turn give you a praxis kit.
Oh, and you will snag this trophy, as well as the "Bar Tab" trophy.
