If you don't unlock this before clearing the ice temple simply fail the boss fight and just grind your melts on the boss freezing the button. If you cleared the temple, near the entrance is a patch of ice that respawns. If you hate this temple for some reason goto graveyard island and melt the flying ice spitter.
