This Trophy is actually fairly easy to get if you can be cautious with your spending. To start the game, you should immediately activate the first one when you have 1 zombie left in round 1. This way you can kill all of the apothicon demons in one melee. 20 seconds or so is how long each one takes, but you don't actually have to get any kills. You can just survive and it will automatically activate.
