For anyone new to the Witcher 3, this trophy is specific to the ‘Witcher Contracts’ quest tab. So to get this trophy you simply need to complete two of these quests without using signs, potions, mutagens, oils or bombs. You can however consume food/water for healing. You can also sharpen your swords, and use the crossbow.

There are basically two approaches to completing this trophy:

1) Hold off using sings, potions, mutagens, oils, or bombs for the first two contracts you complete: Devil by the Well, and Beast of White Orchard. Both are found in White Orchard, which is the first area you come to after the brief prologue in Kaer Morhen/Vizema. There is not a difficulty requirement, so if you missed this trophy your first playthroughyou can start a new game on ‘Just the Story’ difficulty and get this relatively quickly. If this is your first play through, and you chose Death March difficulty to try for platinum in one playthrough, I would consider picking the second choice. These can make for slow and difficult battles without utilizing all available tools. Not to mention these quest serve as great introductions to utilizing the restricted aspects for new players. That said, if you want to be safe and get it out of the way then these two contracts are a good option.

2) Odds are at some point in the game you will get distracted by the mass amount of content and not think about a Witcher Contract you picked up forever ago from a notice board. When you remember or notice it in your quest list you will most likely be serveral levels higher than what is suggested. When this happens you often end up tracking down a foe that makes you look pretty OP. This means the battle enhancement;s aren’t neccessary for the edge in the fight. Simply run through two contracts when you’re several levels higher. The result is usually a quick and easy kill for Geralt. This is a good option if you’re only trying one playthrough, but make sure you don’t have any signs, oils, or mutagens active at start. They become common usage later, so if you choose this route be sure you’re ensuring no enhancements active when starting battle.
