  To achieve this trophy you need to play "In the Heart of the Woods" quest. It can be started in Fayrlund on the main island of Skellige; walking to the southern side of that town will trigger an event and start the quest.
  
  To earn the trophy is necessary that you side with Sven and do what he asks: kill the woodland spirit.
  

  Siding with Harald will let you miss the trophy
