This is the easiest way i have found to do this trophy, use these settings:
Go to options in the main menu
Go to controls and select advanced
Vibration Intensity - 80%
Speed Sensitivity - 100%
Steering speed - 25%
Steering deadzone - 4%
Steering filter - 82%
Steering gamma - 1.5
Now select Drive > Drift > Toyota Supra MKIV Drift >Drift track
For the next bit, I had everything on except Traction Control which is off
Now go into setup, suspension and change tyres to Street (ST)
This setup took all the twitchy-ness out of the car and made it handle brilliant, you need over 140000 points to get to level 50, I'd say it took 45 minutes to an hour to do for me but you can pause to take breaks as long as you have time remaining or are still in a drift which is easy enough to stay in.
You can also get the following trophy fairly easy by drifting around the oval in the center of the track.
