On any level, when you have control of the dancer, simply hold down
and let the dancer dance (though you might want to steer her away from any edges). Once you've held the button down for over a minute, the trophy will unlock.
It's worth watching how she dances, and how the moves link together, since the programming team evidently studied ballet dancers for the motion capture!
