New way to achieve this is from Protector's Enclave go to Moonstone floating island (search for Moonstone Mask NPC). Once there, cross the bridge. On your right there will be NPC named "Curious Achiever" standing on the ledge, looking down. Jump to the portal below and you will be teleported back to Protector's Enclave, achievement will pop.
