This is one of the rarest trophies in the game and for good reason. It's not easy in the slightest. As for which boss you face, there's really only 3 reasonable choices: The Chain, The Edge, and The Beat. No matter which one you do, you're gonna have to practice it a few times before you can pull off the shutout. Personally, I fought The Chain for this trophy, but many people say The Beat is easier and many people prefer the length of The Edge's fight because if they mess up they can restart without having to go through much fighting again.

I'll give you general tips and strategies for each of the fights on Furi difficulty:

For The Chain, it's really just a matter of learning which attack he's about to throw out and how to avoid getting hit by it. For his physical attack, wait a split second after the indicator flashes to parry him. For his ranged bullet attacks, just return fire until he stops, then carefully move in. When you see him starting his animation for throwing out a shockwave, charge your dodge and then dodge past the shockwave once he throws it out (also counterattack him when you can obviously). When he starts doing an area-of-effect slash, you've got plenty of time to move, so don't panic, but calmly but quickly get out of the way so you can punish him for it. The ending is probably the hardest part of this fight, but it's a matter of keeping your cool and not making hasty movements. Only dodge past the shockwaves. When he starts sending two different waves of the orange projectiles, just be precise with weaving from one blue projectile area to the next. Never stop firing your gun.

The Beat is the easiest to learn but not exactly the easiest to get past. At the start, just time your dodges past the waves of orange projectiles correctly. When you get to where there's two waves being fired at once, you may want to charge a dodge past them. Once you start actually fighting her, keep your guns shooting at the boss and be very precise with your dodges - use dodges to get past the shockwave areas on the ground and to dodge the purple projectiles. The next section is basically bullet hell and is entirely up to your skill with dodging them. Once you get past that, keep your guns on The Beat again and dodge the shockwaves that get after you. The hard part is done after you get past that, the rest is simply dodging lasers and then beating up a defenseless girl.

The Edge is the hardest one out of all three of these, but he has the shortest fight. For the first two stages of the fight, wait for him to throw out an attack and only parry the first strike of his attack string. Immediately after you parry, counterattack with a single strike. Rarely, The Edge will block your counterattack, and if he does so, simply parry his next strike and counterattack again. If he does an area of effect slash section, just play it like normal because there's no trick to getting past those faster. Once you get on the wooden bridge, you'll have to play this fight on reaction. Parry him based on when the indicator flashes, not based on a rhythm. You'll get hit if you start parrying in a rhythm. For the fourth stage of the fight, you can hit him twice when he's vulnerable instead of just once if you're quick.

Good luck with this one! I tried to do all three and got in at least 15 tries on each of these bosses before I finally got it on The Chain.
