If you're like me and procrastinated on this one because you don't play Reinhardt, don't worry; it's pretty easy for anyone to get --almost zero experience with Reinhardt needed.

Step 1: Ult charge If you want more chances at this trophy, deliberately charge your ultimate. If you're afraid of using your fire strike or charge, attacking with your swing is always an option.

Step 2: Getting ready for the Earthshatter This is the most important step. Keep in mind that Reinhardt's Earthshatter stops at shields and other obstructions; make sure you have a clean aim on your opponent(s.)

You also don't have to worry about getting the perfect Earthshatter that gets everyone. It's much better to get a guaranteed one or two enemies than a risky 5 or 6 enemies.

Also, make sure you're not going to die too quickly after your Earthshatter, whether it be because of low health, being overly outnumbered, or not taking care of those Symmetra turrets.

Step 3: After the Earthshatter OK, so you've Earthshattered, and it actually landed! Don't just stand there to let their attackers kill you; get that firestrike in!

You might be surprised to find that getting Earthshattered and Fire Struck is often not enough to solo kill many enemies. It is quite possible to get this trophy on just one person alone. However, it's still best to try to get two people, or at least not go for low-health targets.
