Start a practice race with any character. You have infinite laps in this mode so keep racing around the track, picking up the yellow diamonds, until you fill the meter 5 times (The "circle" fills every 5th yellow diamond). Purple diamonds give you an instant power-up.
*If you want to get this even quicker, just park on a yellow diamond. It only takes about a second to respawn. |
