Try to kill people outside of the buildings, or in rooms adjacent to a dumpster or manhole so you won't have to risk being seen and getting caught carrying a body. You'll most likely get this without trying or having to boost kills, but if you need to, the first level always has a dumpster in the top right and a manhole in the bottom right towards the middle.
