In the Chao garden, pick up a Chao (Chao must be hatched) and walk out holding the Chao. You'll reach the main lobby and on the opposite side will be another door.
Go through this door and looking for the door labelled 'fortune teller'. Here you can name your Chao. Once you select one of the name the fortune teller suggests, the trophy will unlock.
