You must play through the main story mission twice to earn this trophy. After completing your first play through, Challenge Mode will be unlocked. Simply play through this mode to unlock the trophy.

Note that all of your weapons and character levels (as well as your bolts) carry over to this new playthrough. WARNING: The data that carries over is what you have at the end of your previous game, so if you defeat the boss during your normal playthrough and then leave to complete side quests, you must beat the boss again to have everything carry over to Challenge Mode.
