This trophy is not as hard as it sounds but it's better to get this one out of the way as soon as possible because the further you get, the more dangerous the enemies, and the bigger groups of them there are. Just keep countering and you should be safe and sound.
Note: Completing the introduction sequence flawlessly will not get you this trophy.
