For this trophy you need 100 kills with the Marksman ship. Here's a few tips based on how I like to play the Marksman and hopefully it helps.

First some basic information, the Marksman is a scout ship which means it has low health but it moves fast and captures outposts at a dramatically faster speed. The Marksmans primary weapon is a short ranged machine gun that does minor damage but as soon as you level up your rockets you'll be good to go.

Now the build, you'll mostly be using the rockets so personally I divide my upgrades equally between rockets and core while levelling up, extra core helps deal with other scouts and allows you to take a hit or two from the bigger damage dealers. When you upgrade the rockets it must be noted you do not gain any extra raw damage but instead you gain an extra rocket when your rocket splits up. For your remaining points it doesn't matter too much where you put them, if there's a bunch of bigger ships you may want the lock on ability but you can always upgrade the machine gun a little instead.

When playing the Marksman you'll usually be playing hit and run with your rockets, it's important to note you can detonate your rocket before it hits the target to deal the same damage but additionally split the rocket up into smaller (mildly homing) rockets that will deal extra damage if they hit. When dealing with most smaller ships I find charging at them and blasting a rocket at point blank seems to be very effective, especially when dealing with enemy Razors who rely on getting in close. You'll probably 1 shot kill most enemy Razors with this method.
