To get this trophy you need to destroy the home base which is the criteria for a Decisive victory. The only catch here is that YOU need to get the final hit that destroys the home base.
The easiest way to get a last hit is to either use the Vindicator laser beam or the Leviathan sniper shot as these are high in damage and are good for getting last hits with.
