    This one's easy...relatively. You have to beat the Fifth Chamber boss--not an easy feat at all. Once you do, you have to walk/dodge roll through a little area with floating platforms to get to the

    . On your way there, just fall into the chasm and the trophy will unlock.

    The_EscapeGoatFor anyone wondering, falling off the edge during this point won't end your game, you'll be put right back up on the platform so you can continue on the path to the end.
