Follow these steps in order to get all the gestures in your first playthrough:
-Sit at the very first bonfire: Rest
-Talk to Hawkwood when you reach Firelink Shrine: Collapse
-Talk to Andre the blacksmith when you reach Firelink Shrine: Hurrah!
-Talk to Yoel of Londor near the Foot of the High Wall bonfire, then again in Firelink Shrine: Beckon
-Have Yoel "Draw Out True Strength" five times, essentially granting you a free level up each time. You must die twice after receiving each free level for the option to be available again. Reload the area after the fifth time and Yuria of Londor will appear. Talk to Yuria: Dignified Bow
-Talk to Ringfinger Leonhard in Firelink Shrine to receive 5 Cracked Red Eye Orbs.
-Free Greirat from his cell in High Wall of Lothric so he relocates to Firelink Shrine. Find Loretta's Bone in the Undead Settlement and return it to Greirat: Curl up
-Talk to Corynx in the Undead Settlement, then in Firelink Shrine: Welcome
-Find the Mortician's Ashes on a corpse in the graveyard area of the Undead Settlement and return them to the Handmaid in Firelink Shrine.
-Buy the Grave Key from the Handmaid in Firelink Shrine for 1500 souls to unlock a door in the sewers in the Undead Settlement that leads to Irina of Carim. Talk to her: Prayer
-Ride a two section lift in the Undead Settlement UP and jump off halfway to find Siegward of Catarina bemoaning the large demon in the distance. Kill the demon, then talk to Siegward: Toast
-Continue talking to Siegward after receiving 'Toast': Sleep
-Find a Pale Tongue on a hanging corpse in this same area.
-Talk to Ringfinger Leonhard in Firelink Shrine to receive the Lift Chamber Key which opens a door below the Tower on the Wall bonfire that leads to a Darkwraith. Kill the Drarkwraith to receive a Red Eye Orb. Then talk to Ringfinger Leonhard in Firelink Shrine: Applause
-Talk to Anri of Astora and Horace the Hushed at the Halfway Fortress bonfire. Then talk to Sirris of the Sunless Realms in Firelink Shrine.
-Talk to Orbeck of Vinheim in Crucifixion Woods (near the Crystal Sage area) with 10 or more INT so he relocates to Firelink Shrine.
-Open the doors to the courtyard of the Cathedral of the Deep (found up a lift somewhat near the Deacons of the Deep area) and Siegward will appear in the well near the Cleansing Chapel bonfire.
-Buy the Tower Key from the Handmaid for 20,000 souls to access the roof of Firelink Shrine. "Leave" a Homeward Bone or Firebomb in the nest: Call Over
-Take the lift to the top of Firelink Shrine, upon returning you will have been locked in by Patches. Homeward Bone out, then talk to Patches above the thrones in Firelink Shrine. Say "No" when he asks to be forgiven: Prostration
-Rest at the bonfire, then return to Patches and talk to him: Patches Squat
-Buy all four pieces of Siegward's armor from Patches, then talk to Siegward in the well near the Cleansing Chapel bonfire: Rejoice
-Be in Ember form in Farron Keep so you are invaded by Yellowfinger Heysel and when you are, kill him.
-Find the Sage's Scroll or the Golden Scroll in Farron Keep to return to Orbeck of Vinheim. Buy Farron Flashsword, Pestilent Mercury, Aural Decoy, and Spook from him: Silent Ally
-Climb a ladder somewhat near the Keep Ruins bonfire and interact with the Old Wolf of Farron: Legion Etiquette
-Find the Dreamchaser's Ashes near the Old Wolf of Farron, then return them to the Handmaid in Firelink Shrine and tell her where you found them. Rest at the Bonfire and Sirris of the Sunless Realms will appear in Firelink Shrine. Talk to her: Darkmoon Loyalty
-Offer a Pale Tongue to Rosaria, then summon Yellowfinger Heysel by the tower near the Keep Ruins bonfire: Proper Bow
-Summon Pale Londor Shade by the Farron Keep Perimieter Bonfire: Duel Bow
-Summon Black Hand Gotthard outside of the Abyss Watchers room: By My Sword
-Talk to Anri of Astora in two locations in the Catacombs of Carthus.
-Be in ember form in the Catacombs of Carthus so you are invaded by Knight Hunter Tsorig. Kill him or be killed by him: My Thanks
-Talk to Anri of Astora near the Church of Yorshka bonfire: Quiet Resolve
-Loot a corpse next to the Profaned Capital bonfire: Stretch Out
-Loot a corpse in the room beyond Oceiros, the Consumed King: Path of the Dragon
-Interact with the Sunlight Altar, which can be found in a room in the area before the Dragonslayer Armor in Lothric Castle: Praise the Sun
-Enjoy your silver trophy
