One of the mini games is gauntlet or gauntlet 2 stand in a place near the ghouls where you can keep pressing cn_X to kill them once you get to 4000 points which is the gold medal press cn_start then choose exit and collect studs stand there while 3 massive piles of gold, blue and purple studs fly out you may have to do this two times but you will unlock rule breaker. 

Saves having to smash everything in the level.
