Keep saving heroes until you eventually unlock 'Double Bro Seven' (James Bond). This character has 4 different special attacks that cycle, with the first being him drinking a martini then tossing the glass about 3 squares away. To get this trophy, play as Double Bro Seven and get a few squares away from a regular terrorist enemy and press circle. He'll drink the martini and toss the glass, and if you are the right distance away it should kill the enemy and unlock the trophy. Here's a video, which is not mine:
