The FSK-7 Fury is overly complicated code name for Hakha's exclusive Combat Knife. Hakha will automatically start with one when you select him. The kill counter doesn't reset when you die or restart a checkpoint, so you should be able to get this over the course of your Hakha play-through unless you actively avoid killing enemies with the Fury Combat Knife.
