A fluxation occurs when you use momentum on a tech spell. There is no guarantee it will occur though. So the more you do in a fight, the more likely it will occur. You can get a maximum of 10 on a single spritnite, so make sure you mix up your techs. I have also read that it takes longer to get additional ones, so it should be easier to get the first over the tenth one. Also you can only obtain 9 fluxations per fight. So fighting for an hour in 1 battle would not increase the amount earned as you will cap out well before that.

You can see how many Fluxations you have by going into the menu and looking under Snow Chronicles. The first page is Records and the fourth record down is Fluxes.

You can only get a fluxation to occur on a support spritnite if you have a talisman with Support Bonus. As you will want to use a Fluxation boosting talisman, you should focus on just command ones.

By the time I reached the final parts of the game, I didn't even have 80 fluxations. This one is a grind to get. I have watched videos and read tips for this, so here is what I have found.

There is a food obtained from the Nameless village called Fried Dumpling Eggplant. This boosts the fluxation rate in the next fight.

Near the end game, you should be able to buy many talismans that contain Boosts Fluxation Rate. Buy at least 3 and equip them on your active party.

Buy a stack of ether so you can gain back MP when it runs low.

Try to equip as many command spritnites that do not do damage. Such as healing and protective spells. You will not want to do any damage in a fight for a while to try and build up the maximum fluxations per fight. If a spritnite has a lasting affect such as Wall that protects for a few rounds, then it will only have a chance of fluxation when the effects are no longer active. So using it every round will not help.

Go into settings and set Battle Mode to Active and Battle Cursor Memory to All. This will speed you up as your game will not pause when selecting an attack, so momentum will keep building up, also the cursor will be on the last move you used so you won't have to keep browsing to it.

For the battles, head to Dazzshire Woods and find any of the Pengy. They barely do any damage late in the game, so no need to worry about dying. Use any command spritnite that will not do damage and always use momentum. If you do not have momentum available, then wait for it before proceeding. After around 5 minutes, finish of the Pengy and you will see the results and how many Fluxations you have earned. Rinse repeat until you hit 200.
