Once you reach the end of the Last Lands, you will have some dialog and such. Once all this finishes and a new path appears, you can either continue to finish the final boss, or you can take a portal on the east side to leave and come back after. At this point you are free to do either as the game continues on after the final boss, so you could do that and then go for this.

With Endir in your party, travel to Nive Harbor. As you walk in, the first NPC will stop your party and explain they have a letter for you. It explains you should go to Serendale, then Morbrise Mountain and finally Hymncott Forest.

Leave the Harbor and head south west to Serendale. It is located at the south east point of the main island for the game. Head east through the town, across the bridge, then go north and at the fork in the path take the east path. You will come to a black square on the ground with a pillar on each corner. Walking into this will activate a cutscene and then you can move on to Morbise Mountain.

Note to the south of this point is where the ship is located for:

Serendale and get back in your airship. Head west until you reach the Last Lands and then go north, over a ruin area and then you will come to Morbise Mountain. Enter from the south side and follow the path until you reach the same black square as before. Now leave and head to Hymcott Forest.

Hymcott Forest is located south of Nive area. So head east in your airship until you find Nive island (it is just slightly south and all the way east. From there, head directly south to find the island you need. The forest is linear, so just follow the path, fighting your way through to reach the black square and get more story.

Now you need to leave this area and travel in your airship. Head west until you reach the main land, then travel south until the mainland in just in view. Now head west and you will see an island with a small pond bit on it. Follow this island to its end and just west of that is another island with the house on it that you need to see. I would save here, before going in the house as you are going to fight a boss with just Endir. Endir was level 69 for me when I got to this and I still had trouble with this. Once he used Attack Up, I needed to heal earlier as I got wiped once due to leaving it too late. My tactic was to use wall, then battlecry, then backslash. Repeating that pattern and throwing in a heal if needed. Elixir will heal and restore MP if you are low on both together. Be aware that the boss will do a strong final attack when you kill him so make sure you have good health and possible a wall too or you may die at the same time. I had him close to death and then spent multiple turns just using wall and healing before I got an opportunity to make my final attack safely.

Upon completion of the fight, the trophy will unlock.
