The trophy description neglects to mention that you need 30 ranked wins, not 30 ranked matches played. Most fighting game veterans should have no issue with this.
If you are new to fighting games, find a character where you can perform most if not all of their command list. Practice up in training, story, and survival for your character. It also couldn't hurt to watch tutorials or streamers of your character to see their full potential. When you feel ready, start grinding out wins. Your first few matches will probably be rough. The matchmaking should place you with players close to your skill as you play more matches. The best advice I can offer is to not be predictable. That said, if you run into someone who cannot stop one specific move you do, you should exploit it until they prove they can stop it.
