    The way i got it was upgrading all the bows in one game. This is possible in solo if you want to.

    Joshua-the-PureYou can actually activate the 3 fires for the storm bow without having to teleport to the rocket testing area. u/prukee from the r/CODZombies subreddit posted this:

    RealBlazeStormDear you have to hold all upgraded bows, like in Origins with the staffs, or do they just have to be upgraded in the same game (by multiple people upgraded)
