Pick up objects in a fight with R1+X. Throw with the square button. You can throw enemies at each other, too. You'll hit three times as hard with Jaster's Break Throw 2. Kill ten enemies this way. In the team commands, I told my companions to do nothing while I worked on this so that they didn't interfere.
